Perhaps your employer, school or country is restricting your internet and blocking access to certain sites. How do you unblock a website at school, work or within a censoring country? A dedicated IP VPN service (see idcloak's VPN for more information) is the most advanced and hassle-free solution. Once your VPN is set up, you are automatically and securely connected to a server outside the censored zone, and you won't need to worry about content filters ever again. Of course, a dedicated IP VPN service requires you to part with a few dollars a month for the privilege – currently no more than 15USD for the best available services.
A VPN is sadly not an option for users of shared computers, however, as installation or network configuration rights are required to set up a VPN connection. When users of shared computers wish to unblock restricted sites, they may turn to a daily web proxy instead – and Google proxies are some of the best of this kind.
